I experience the same thing. My Father recently passed away. The day after his death I was awoken from my dream to hear him loudly calling my name. It was as if he were next to me. It was 3:08. I have been checking the clock again at 3:14. I pray nightly and request to not wake me up at 3:08 and instead I wake up at 3:14. Throughout the past two weeks I randomly wake up at these specific times. Last night I woke up to my cat throwing up a hair ball and sure enough... it was 3:08. I don't know if this is a message from dear old Dad. The 3:08 time stumps me. Annie

Seems as though I'm a bit late on this reply but well this 3 a.m haunts me as well. Sometimes it's 3:00 , 3:03 or 3:33 but you get the point. I've hear a rumor this is caused by government mind control projects or government equiptment who's purpos is unexplainable like haarp. Easy to blaim the gov I guess, on the other hand I have had 4 deaths in my family this year so the spirts roaming explaination may hold water.

hey i am 16 years old and from mexico and that happends to me at 3 am this happends to me i think that is because a demon or spirit is trying to get me or something like that because in my dreams before get up i have seen people i have never seen trying to get me,a few months ago i had a lucid dream where i get in a room of a big conference of demons i said i dont care because it was a dream but when o got there every one start looking at me with fear and i tried to get out but one of them stoped me and i woke up, the worst thing happend when i woke up because i felt like someone was pulling me down, like someone was above me i could move and i start praying and that thing stopped and i heard a creepy sound like a cow .SSS im scared about what i have reade on internet if someone knows something that could help me please say it.
