Hi Frank,
I wrote to you recently...about my nightmare of a house and you mentioned flipping it...well that is the problem. It has been on the market for months and what I didn't include in last time's imformation is that the house is full of fungus/mold which has caused me to become ill, lose my money, not work, not get to school etc. Our only buyer had a better agent than I did when i purchased the home because they got out before the ten day escrow could finish. I am having the house tested in a couple of days to see what is really growing in there and then I am going to see if the broker of my agent will buy the house back from me when I present all my documentation. Do You think there will finally be a happy ending to this fungal nightmare that was supposed to be my home for the rest of my life?
Thanks. I appreciate your time and effort. I too, enjoy Cayce...he is a very interesting man and obviously intuned to much more than most of us can sense.

Hi Joan as i was saying the property could be flipped for profit if you dont worry so much about the fungus.
If it has eaten through the wall then put in new dry wall, if not paint it. i dont know what else i could say about this that wouldnt be redundant to you.
