Question
"sir,i am working as a business manager for a hardware and networking
institute,
1.how public relations for a business manager help his business
2.how to keep a good public relation to help and improve my business
and achieve target"

Answer
Kaniyoor,

Thank you for your question. Public relations, like advertising plays an important
and integral part in any successful business.
Public relations helps business by first having employees relate to the public.
A public relations campaign, complete with a grand-opening celebration, makes an impact on
the public and increases the companies awareness factor.
Let the immediate press, or the business editor, through press releases. Let them know about any company anniversaries, special contracts awarded to them, any increase in employment numbers, new products, awards to employees, community involvement, etc.
Create an employee program that alerts all employees to be enthusiastic about their company and to
pass on that pride to their customers.
Create a PR budget and use it to increase the awareness of your company.
Search the Internet for some public relations campaigns that would fit your company.

Good luck!
