Question
Thanks yes that is right.
But what if i want to start a AD agency of my own, what will I need? How should i start.I want to work in print & broadcast(TV Advertisement) media.

Answer
I've never worked for or started an AD agency, so I can't answer that. I can tell you that before I started my training firm, I went to work for a large firm to learn how its done. I already had the subject knowledge, but there's so much more to running a business than your knowledge of the product or service. If you don't already have that knowledge before beginning your own agency, I'd suggest you look for a partner who does. Otherwise, your learning curve may be too steep. Keep in mind MOST small business startups fail. To keep that from happening, you need to either partner with someone in your industry who knows what they're doing, learn it by working in someone else's agency or start yours with very limited knowledge as a side business and teach yourself through trial and error (the last is the way many do it and a big reason for the failure rate. Ask yourself what client would pay for the services of someone who'd never done it before?)
