Expert: Cathy Clamp - 11/7/2009
Question I saw that you had earlier offered to share a sample book collaboration agreementin response to a question. I would gratly appreciate if you could send the same thing to me.
Answer I don't mind letting you look at it, but it's based on United States law. I don't think it will be of much use under another country's laws. However, it could be a basis to at least start to discuss things with a lawyer/solicitor in your country. The agreement is not intended to be used without both a lawyer and an accountant looking it over to be sure it fits your personal situation.
It's as I received it, as a PDF. If you want to give it a look, reply with your email address. You'll have to put a space between your name, the @ sign and the ISP. Otherwise, this site will remove the address for privacy.
