Question
SHERIDAN HOPE 2 COVER
SHERIDAN HOPE 2 COVER
Hello Mr. Fenney:

Attached is revision of cover you saw.
Made changes. Put trophy room story in collection and changed title.
At first had white title in red top, but couldn't see letters in thumbnail size.
I might add bloody knife as you suggested, but here I tried to keep in mind your previous response.

thanks,
Demetrius

Answer
Demetrius,

Unfortunately, this cover, in my opinion, screams amateur. I would suggest you get a copy of: The Non-Designer's Design Book (3rd Edition) by Robin Williams (Feb 22, 2008). This is an excellent resource which will give you a ton of insights into how to properly design your book cover.
