Answer
Hi,  Tom:

Sorry it took me so long to respond, I've been unavailable.

In response to your question, it is considered unethical at best, and against copyright law at worst, to publish stories or pictures without the express permission of the owner or copyright holder.

So the short version of my answer would be, don't publish anything you don't have legal and appropriate clearance for.

Hope this helps!

Best,
Richard Dean Starr
