Question
hello i have a question.. im moving to hatillo puerto rico with my boyfriend (he is from there) and i dont speak spanish.. do they speak english at all down there? where  should i try to get a job at? how will i manage? please help! thank you for any help!

Answer
Hola, Chelsea.
If you are definitively moving to the Island, in your case I won't be too worried about the Spanish.  Don't forget what I am telling you:
--You will be exposed to a Spanish environment, which is the best thing that could happen to you to be able to learn the language.
--You will find a lot of people that will speak to you in English.
--You will find English-speaking personnel in the banks, restaurants, hospitals, physicians, post office, pharmacies, stores.
--If you look for a job, you will find it.  I don't know which is your area of specialty, but you can try in hotels and restaurants in the area.
And, finally, you are going to be with your boyfriend, who is Puerto Rican.  Nothing to be worried about.
My best to both of you.
Saludos desde Puerto Rico, :)
Nancy

P.S.  Of course, prepare for changes:  weather, culture, traffic, government, etc. :)
