Question hi
My son and I will be visiting Puerto Rico in November. He is a surfer and wanted to check out Luquillo beach area. Any suggestions on where to stay? We will be there from the 6th to the 10th. I wasn't going to rent a car so I would like to stay on a surfing beach. Thanks
