Question
Which bio bay is the best?  I've read that Vieques is the best.  We are staying in Rincon and I wondered if there is much difference between the bay near Lahas and Vieques and if so, which accomodations would you recommend on Vieques.  We have 4 adults and 4 children.

I have also heard that Vieques is one of the best, but unfortunately and I haven't seen it.  
In your case, I would recommend you to go to La Parguera in Lajas and visit the bioluminescent bay there.  That's the one closer to Rincón.  I enjoy visiting and staying in La Parguera - that's a nice area for visit.
If you are determined to visit Vieques, check in advance your options and compare rates.  Here is a link with some options for lodging:
