Question
We have a home in PR and plan to live there full time in 2 years or less.  I sold real estate years ago and want to study now on r.e. laws down there. Is there a book I can get to give me a refresher in real est. and p.r. laws.
Thanks, Barb

Answer
Hola, Barb.
I hope you don't mind if the book is in Spanish.  This is the one I use and recommend:

Bienes Raíces:  Leyes y Prácticas en Puerto Rico

You can buy it in several bookstores in the Island.  This would be an option:

If you don't read Spanish, check with them what may be available in English.  As all laws and regulations are in Spanish, you will normally find the texts in the local language.

It is my pleasure to be of help.

Saludos desde Puerto Rico,
Nancy
