Question
Can you tell me what is the least expensive shuttle company for a transfer to and from SJU and the Cruiae Port of San Juan? It is 11-13 adults and one child. Our cruise is leaving on Oct. 11th and coming back Oct. 18th, 2009. Thank You

Answer
Hola, Brina.
For large cruises, there are three different pier areas in San Juan: Old San Juan Piers 1-6, Navy Frontier Pier, and the Pan American Pier.  You must check with the cruise line which one will they be using.  Then, use the following link, where you will find a map of the Old San Juan area with the location of the different piers and other very useful information for you and your group:

My suggestion is that you take a taxi to the airport.  For taxi fares, you can also use the following link:

As you have a large group of people, call some taxi providers and see if you can make previous arrangements with them and the best possible fare.  You can contact Puerto Rico Tourist Taxi (cabspr.com) or you can also use the following list of providers - you may contact those located in San Juan.

Let me know if I can help you further.
Enjoy your trip.
Saludos desde Puerto Rico,
