Puerto Rico - real estate in condado

Expert: Jared Romey - 6/11/2009

Question
where can i get a map of the condominiums in condado?

Answer
Amy,

Unfortunately I know of no maps of condominiums.  I have actually been in the same situation as you.  It is hard to keep track of all of them, since, as you have probably seen, everyone uses the name of the condo, without any address.  Aquamarina, Ada Ligia, El Vigia, Bristol, Condado Suites, Torre del Mar, Condado del Mar, Condominio del Mar and Miami are all names used as if everyone knows where they are.

My only suggestion for you is to look at the website www.clasificadosonline.com which will easily allow you to look at a map and find each condo on Google Maps or a similar site.  The other option is to speak directly with a real estate agent.  Check out www.superpagespr.com to find someone.

Hope this helps,

Jared
