Question
my mom passed away 9 years ago i was incarcerated when it happened unable to come to Puerto Rico. my 2 sisters sold all of her stuff and tried to sell the house but they couldn't i have letters my mom wrote to me telling me that the house and the gold she left where mine i don't care about the gold but she explains how my sister was only after the house. they left to new York and abandoned the house .it is torn apart now and i want to fix and sell the house but my sister wont give me the deed to the house..



help me what can i do. where can i go. please help me....

Unfortunately there is no easy solution for you.  The only recommendation I can make is to contact a local lawyer in Puerto Rico to discuss your case, and see if you have any rights.
