I need to mail a package to puerto rico but I have never done this before, does your towns/city use zip codes?

Puerto Rico uses zip codes, just like the rest of the United States. The two-letter abbreviation for Puerto Rico is PR.

On this website from the US Postal Service you can look up zip codes.
