Question
hello i have a real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania, i am moving to Puerto Rico, how can i switch my license from PA to PR?

Answer
Hola, David.
At this moment, I understand that there is reciprocity only with the states of Georgia and West Virginia for Realtors who want to work in Puerto Rico.  Although they are not required to take the examination, they must take the course and comply with all the other requirements.
In your case, you must take the course and the examination.  From your name, I am guessing that you are bilingual, but in case that you prefer an English course, I am informed that there is a plan to start English courses soon.  The examination is given either in Spanish or in English.
For more information, check the following link:

In the following link you will find a list of institutions that offer the real estate course in Puerto Rico.  They don't offer an associate degree, but a course that you can take in less than three months.
