me voy a casar en el peru y para eso me estan pidiendo q mi certificado de nacimiento debe estar apostillado. soy nacida en Puerto Rico pero vivo en el estado de California. Como o donde puedo ir para q me apostillen mi certificado de nacimiento lo mas pronto posible

Tome el certificado y lo lleva al Departamento de Estado de Puerto Rico.  Allí le indican como proceder.  Lo puede hacer alguien en Puerto Rico y usted no tiene que venir para ello.
