Saludos... Recientemente compre una propiedad reposeida atraves del programa federal HUD... sin embargo, por que pago crim si es mi primera casa y vivienda Principal e unica... Yo solo vivo con mi esposa e hijo... Tengo entendido que si es mi primera propiedad NO debo pagar crim y me obligan lo cual estoy haciendo. y segun ellos mi exoneracion termina en junio de 2014 y luego de ese ano no pago.... Entonces mi preguna es...Perdi ese primer ano de pago de crim o me lo tienen que devolver??/
