Which girl made which trat and for whom?

Yes, a bit of a tricky one. I think the following is consistent with all the information supplied:-
Louise made Taffy for Lewis.
Amy made Cupcakes for Bobby.
Elisa made Cookies for Seth.
Angela made Sweets for Ed.
Tina made nothing for Ronnie.
