Do you ever hold workshops, or come to Texas?

Answer First of all, you might be putting too much weight on your toe because of bending forward, breaking at the waist and leaning into the "cusp" of the turn too hard. Your heel should slide around, but you need to be up over the top of your skate. It could be that you are "cusping" in too deep. It should be about one skates length in depth. If your shoulders and hips are twishing at the waist too hard that may be causing some of the problems. Another thing to consider is adjusting your skate...it may be too loose. This is hard for me to describe in an email but hope it helps.
