Question Can I open Quark 4 files in Quark 7?
I have just bought an Imac with leopard. I have a thousand magazine files
that I need to refer to and work on and to upodate that were constructed in
Quark 4. If I cannot open them somehow I am taking the computer back to
the shop as I am going nowhere with it. How can Quark be so stupid about
this?

i am sorry you are having this problem like so many others. there are 2 things you can do
one is to change from quark to indesign. Indesign should be able to open most of the files. also you can try to go from ver 4 to 5 and then to 7 this helps sometimes. either way best of luck.
