Question
hi! i have been a fan of queen band recently. i have some questions. first, could you give me a biography about freddie? ( some interesting stories in detail will be much better)  second, what's the meaning of the song "killer queen".  did the queen or one of the member in order to remember some special experience by write this song?

Answer
Hi Nell!

Sorry for the long delay, but I've been experiencing some internet problems the last weeks. Ugh!!

Anyway. Wikipedia has a pretty good biography about Freddie.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddie_Mercury#Biography
It also offers lot of other information about Mercury's life and work.

What I've read is that Killer Queen is about a high class woman. Who, apparently, isn't one of the nicest girls.
Freddie didn't often talked about the meaning of his songs but most songs are pretty obvious when you read the lyrics.

I don't know if this song was written with an experience in mind, but I think it's fictional.

Cheers!
Niek
