Question My husband and I have been married for almost four years and we have one 10 month old daughter. He is a wonderful father and helps with our daughter and keeping up the house. I have no complaints about my husband other than our dull sex life. My husband has never had much of a sex drive, but it seems to be getting worse. I have a high sex drive and often feel rejected when he doesn't feel like having sex. He never openly rejects me, but he rarely initiates sex. When we do have sex, it never lasts long and I feel no inner connection. There is no romance or passion. I used to make excuses for him that the nine year age gap is the reason for the drought. I do not require sex all the time, but we never do anything passionate. I guess I just want him to touch me and show he wants me. He knows how I feel, but he does nothing to change things. I am tired of feeling this way, and I don't know how much longer I can accept this. He really is a great father and he has a big heart. Most women would kill for their husbands to have his characteristics. I guess I feel like a freak for feeling the way I do. What should I do. Am I the one that needs help?

Can you answer some questions for me and then write back? How old are both of you? Has he recently had a vasectomy? What kind of work does he do? Do you have any kind of suspicion that he is having an affair or looking at porn? Do you know what his parents' marriage was like? Does he take any vitamins and would he be willing to?
Anything else you can add would be helpful... Oh, and you sound very normal to me...we need to take a deeper look at what's going on with your husband...
