I am looking for the name of a 1970's movie (maybe very early 80's) about a teenage boy, blond hair, clean cut who falls in love with a long haired girl.  They go camping in the winter and are make love.  Then she moves away with her family.  I think near the end either she comes back and they are running towards each other with their arms open and she passes right by him to the arms of another boy or he is dreaming it.  It is driving me nuts to think of what this movie is.  Can you help?
