Question Not much to go on here...but I remember a scene where these astronauts (in older suits) are walking slowly across this walkway - would be a early 80's movie I believe. I have ruled out 2001 Space Odyssey, 2010, Silent Running, Outland, and Close Encounters - all movies that were suggested to me. Do you have any idea? I probably saw it on HBO as a child, but I'm positive it was a movie - not a made for TV movie. Any ideas?
Answer Sounds to me like you're remembering "The Right Stuff," which was about the early astronaut program and featured lots of pilots and astronauts wearing 50s-style suits. Here's the Internet Movie Database page on it:
