I have tried to find this movie for some time. I saw this many years ago. It was about a teenage couple who fall in love and their parents do not want them to be together so they run away and start a life. When the young girl becomes pregnant she calls to tell her mother and her mother finally confesses they are brother and sister. I think this movie was made in the 70's or 80's. I can't even remember who starred in it. Is there any way you may know this movie?

I didn't recognise this one myself, but an Internet colleague has come up with the answer for you. It was a film from 1982 called "Liar's Moon", which starred Matt Dillon and Cindy Fisher as the young couple, Christopher Connelly and Molly McCarthy as her parents, Hoyt Axton and Margaret Blye as his parents, with appearances by two old-timers, Broderick Crawford and Yvonne De Carlo.
