Do you know this movie I saw on TV in the sixties.  An Ali Baba type fantasy film.  Color I believe.  At one point the hero used hooks to climb a very thick rope (several feet across) to the top of the castle.  At some point up there, he encountered the bad guy, who had a human heart that was alive and beating (in a box perhaps).  Either the heart or the bad guy ended up falling or being tossed out the open window to the ground far below.

That's a 1963 film called "Captain Sindbad". It starred Guy Williams as Capt. Sindbad and Pedro Armendáriz as the evil El Kerim. Here's a link......
