I've been trying to figure out the name of a movie title, and I just can't think of it. All I really remember is that it was a movie on Lifetime Movie Network, and this little boy named Jamie I believe his name was died because he slept with this toy it was a wooden horse with a long red string. The string ended up strangling him, very sad. I would really like to see this movies again if you could help me. Recently after he died his mother ( I don't remember her name or the actress) saw his spirit and things like that.

I believe the movie you are thinking of is 2007's HUSH LITTLE BABY, although some of the details you provided are different.  But here is the plot synopsis:
