Question i have been trying to find the name of this movie for years. plot: a brother and sister tie there sister's shoelaces together while she is asleep in the car. the parents wreck and the girl is burned to death. the girl comes back and haunts the other sister and i think kills people. the dad is scolded in the shower, and i remember the dead sister hiding under the living sister's bed. i would love to see this movie as an adult. i think it is from the early 80's or late 70's

You are looking for a TV movie called Don't Go To Sleep. it starred Valerie Harper and Dennis Weaver, and was made in 1982... One of the few times TV got horror/suspense right, if you ask me... you can find copies of this on Amazon or Ebay for about $8 or so...
