What was the last American "major studio" or "bigger budget", ie not independent, movie made completely in black and white. I am stuck at Paper Moon and Last Picture Show, but surely there is something after that. Memento was partial black and white,I think as was City of Angels, I think, but that doesn't count.

Biggest one that comes to mind from a few years ago was George Clooney's film Good Night, and Good Luck ... also remember another with George Clooney called The Good German that was in black and white.  Those were a couple of the two most recent ones I can think of, they were both in this decade.
