Can you tell me please what's the title of a horror movie ('80 or '90) in a desert with a group of friends that get haunted down by a killer with a black jeep. He start to kill everyone (and i remember that he killed one guy buring him in the sand leaving only his head up and he explode a granade in the guys head) except of a blond girl. In the end the killer swallows the keys of the jeep and the girl rips of his stomach to get them...
