Question there is a movie where an older brother is babysitting a younger brother and the younger brother sees monsters but only in the dark. the main monster guy wears a black trench coat and a cowboy hat. in one scene the brother is standing at the end of a long hallway and the trench coat guy walks into the other end of the hallway and rushes at the brother. there is also a scene where both brothers are hiding under the sheets of the bed because if any part of you is sticking out the guy can snatch you. there is also something with the basement. the little brothers toy truck rolls into the shadows and when he goes to get it the trench coat guy grabs him. any idea what this movie is?

The villain sounds like the one from Jeepers Creepers... but i'm sure i'm wrong.
