If you're talking about the TV movie of Dean Koontz's "Intensity," I would say probably not - at least, not without a lot of public demand for it... TV movies are very iffy when it comes to video release, unless they are highly publicized or have caused some buzz, either thru winning awards or being controversial... the best thing I can suggest is to keep monitoring Ebay and see if a black market copy comes up for bids...
