Question This movie came out in the nineties (I believe).
I remember very little about the plot except for a guy (psychologically disturbed) cutting off faces of individuals and putting them on manequin heads in his private collection. I really don't remember anything else but upon release, it appeared to be a "cheezy" movie and turned out to be quite good. If you know the title and any of the stars, I would greatly appreciate it.
