I know the movie, but don't remember it's name.  However, I believe that either Charlie Sheen or his brother Emilio Estevez were in it.  Reseach both the actors and you might just find the movie.  Good Luck!

The name of this movie is Judgement Night.  It's from 1993 & stars many people still famous today, including Denis Leary & Cuba Gooding, Jr.
