I am looking for the title of a 70's 80's movie about a strange fog that comes over a town and causes all the macines to rebel against the people. I remember one of the semi-trucks had a face like the isane Clown Posse.

The movie you're looking for is probably "Maximum Overdrive." It's the only movie directed by Stephen King, in fact, based on one of his own short stories, "Trucks." Oh, and that semi with the clown face? It's actually the Green Goblin from the "Spiderman" comic books...
