Hi Liz,  I am trying to find out what a movie is.  I think it was made in 1994.  The movie is about 2 girls that go on a trip to, I think Mexico.  When they are there they get approached by a guy that says that he will pay for their trip to a country overs seas.  He puts drugs into their suitcase and they didnt know then at the airport the girls  gets in trouble and get trown into a jail overseas.  the one girl starts to freak out.

After reading your text I could only think of one movie, which was made in 1999: Brokedown palace... It's got the same action you've described.
