Question Is there an upgrade to Quicken 2003 which has updated backup capabilities?
Answer Hi Aleta,
Generally, any changes in functionality is considered and Upgrade and comes out once a year and is sold as a new edition.
Quicken updates are free and fix problems with existing functionality
Copy and paste (you may need to copy 2 lines) into the address bar of your internet explorer.

Once you arrive click on Quicken 2003 to learn more abou thte updates available.
I dont have a list of the improvements to Quicken since 2003, but you might do a search in google on Whats new in Quicken and read about improvments.
