Manipulating report data would be mostly a waste of the 4 minutes you spend on it. For it to be of any value, you would need to have the raw transaction data ...that's where the power of pivot tables comes in. This is what is known as "normalized" data in geek-speak.There really is little or no advantage to putting it into Excel.
