I have just started making rag quilts and love them but the first one I didn't bind and really didn't like the edges. Need advice on how to bind one. Found one instruction on the net but was kinda confusing. Thank you for your help.

Binding a rag quilt is just like binding any other quilt. Here are a few links to some good sites about how to make and sew binding.

If you still have questions, then I would take your quilt to your local quilt shop or Hancocks and ask for help. When I worked at Hancocks, we were always explaining binding and how to make and use it. I bet they will be more than happy to help you. Good luck!
