Question
I have 3 small hanging quilts that I am looking to sell as I just have an overflowing house, but I want to be able to describe them with patterns, age etc and any relevant information. My mother is a quilter but she could only help me with one name. the bottom one is diamond in the square and is an amish design. all are handstitched, but apart from that i have nothing! the sizes are as follows:the bottom one is 40" by 40", the wavy lines is 42" x 57" and the one with the small squares is 30" x 34". thanks in advance for your help.
Louise

Answer
Hi,
Thanks for your question. I am not sure I can be helpful to you, because my field of expertise is antique quilts -- those made before 1950 or so.  I am guessing that your quilts are newer.

I might be able to tell easily, but I can not open the photos.  Can you send them directly to my e-mail address?  quiltcomplex@hughes.net

Will sure do my best!

Thanks again,
Julie Silber
