Subject: PRINTED TREASURES

Question
I have been trying to print on Printed treasures sew on. The ends curl and then get stuck in the printer.  Any suggestions?  They are quite expensive to get stuck in the printer.

Answer
First, call Printed Treasures, or find their webpage and email them with your question. I create my own fabric pieces to print upon, so they could best give suggestions for how to troubleshoot their own product.

I iron my prepared fabric onto freezer paper, which sometimes curls up along the edges, and this is what I do to prevent that from being a problem when printing:

Try rolling the edges under along the side of a table, to make the edges curl a bit under.

Tape along the entire upper edge of the Printed Treasues to attach it to a piece of Heavy paper or cardstock. The Printed Treasures will extend beyond the bottom edge of the cardstock; that is okay; it will simply feed on out of the printer when it finishes printing.

Also, rolling the edges under should keep the bottom edge from popping up.

I hope this helps!
