Question
I am making a quilt with a ruffle but am confused on attaching the ruffle, I want it in the middle of the quilt when i turn it back to the right side.

Answer
Hi, Kim,
I need some more information. Do you mean that you want to be able to fold the quilt, mid-quilt somewhere, and have a loose ruffle "emerge" from the surface of the quilt? If this is the case, for what purpose is it going to be folded?
