Question
How do you make the new kind of rag quilts that you tie and don't have to sew? I saw one in a store and just don't know how to cut the fringe, tie it, and so on. I am a beginner.
Thanks,
Sue~

Answer
HI Sue,
From what I have seen, you make these from fleece.  You get two panels of fabric. Place both pieces of fabric together, right sids out, you cut in about 6 inches and about 1 1/2 to 2 inch wide strips all around the fabrics.

You then tie the strips together, one from each panel.
