Hey if I quit smoking what are some of the health benifits? I know some are obvious but some are not. How will quiting help the way I feel and how I perform activities? I am looking for some positive reinforcement to quit smoking. Thank you.

Lee benefits of quiting are unimaginable and can't be put in words.
How about it adds up apx. 2 years extra with your family of happy life together.
