Question Hi Mchael,
It is now 12 weeks snce quit smokng and I am still suffering with bloating and problems with my digestive system. I have seen my GP but wondered if you have heard of this lastinf so long previously. I had np problems at all prior to quitting so am getting a little fed up with this.
Many thanks,
Jane
Answer Hi Jane,
It can take a while for bloating and digestive side effects to go away. Did you quit cold turkey, or use any medications?
if your doctor has checked you out you should be fine. Hang in there and it should gradually get better.
