Hi Mam;
I am a software engineer and has been smoking for past 5-6 years.I smoke 5-6 cigg a day but now i want to quit it badly.My only problem is it is not the temptation which is stopping me but it is loneliness which provoke me to have a smoke.Is there any pill,nicotine gum which can help me in quitting this habit

Dear Padmesh,
Loneliness is just a state of mind. You can be lonely even while sitting in room full of family & friends. so that's just an excuse you are giving to yourself.

You can quit anytime even now if you want without any other life support, as quitting itself is a life support so you may not need anything else to push if you focus on quitting for three days.
