Question
Who said "Every man owes a part of his time to the association of which he is a part." Ithought it was T. Roosevelt.

Answer
Do you mean this?

“Every man owes a part of his time to the business in which he is engaged. No man has the moral right to withhold his support from an organization that is striving to improve conditions within his sphere.”
That was I believe said by:
Theodore Roosevelt

Good luck and ask follow ups
