the quote is attributed to dolores ibarruri, also known as la passionaria ,in a speech in paris on 3rd september 1936 but it is also a attributed to emiliano zapata.
i always prefer to use books as they are more accurate.
in the oxford dictionary of phrase saying and quotation it is accredited to both but ibarruri is listed first which means she said it first but you would be right whoever you chose.
