heya i read that u have made rc boats using chainsaw and strimmer engine's. i am thinking of bulding my own rc car using a 25cc strimmer engine what kind of speed do u recon it will do and do u recon i wud need a gear box on it personaly i dont want to put a gear box on. i have been in to rc cars for bout 7 years so i no roughly what i will need but thers a few things i need ta solve and i was wondering would u be bale to help me out if i ask u a few more questions?

HI Adam.
Sorry about delay, yes strimmer are great and you do not need a gearbox drive direct . if the strimmer has an automatic clutch so much the better.
engine would be better if water cooled.
write again if need be, PC only switched on 1-2 times a week. hope this is of help.
